Our desire is to provide and ensure that our guest have a relaxing experience. We pray that our efforts and actions will be to your satisfaction.

Face Mask Required while in the Salon
Upon arrival Sanitize your hands
Your temperature will be checked
You will be required to wait in your car until your service time. Please call the Salon when you arrive.
You will be required to sign a waiver
Guest visitors are not allowed
*No food allowed
SALON POLICIES
Punctuality
To ensure that you have an efficient and relaxing experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Arriving late after your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment and you will be responsible for your service amount.
New Guest /Deposit
A reservation deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new guest and for guest that have not visited the salon in more than six months. Your deposit will go toward your service. It is non-refundable.
No show/ Late Cancellation
Forty-Eight-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via the salon phone. Please call and/or leave a voicemail if we are unavailable. No shows, late arrivals that are cancelled and late cancellations (less than 48-hour notice) will result in 100% of total service fee due. Guest will not be able schedule future appointments until fee is paid.
Waiting Area
Our reception area is for guest who are being serviced.
Payments
Credit Cards and Cash are accepted for services and products.
All product sales once opened and have left the building are non-refundable.
